I called Owen as I had a problem with my door locking/unlocking. The mechanism had been replaced by another trader a few years before. He was very professional, assessed the situation, reassurred me the locking mechanism was ok, lubricated the lock and identified the problem as the door dropping. He made the necessary adjustments with my consent and in the knowledge I was looking at a replacement door. Owen charged me the call out fee. I cannot recommend him enough. Honest and value for money.
