My wife accidently locked herself out of her sisters house while feeding her cat. Phoned Owen who arrived in about 15 minutes...he got her in without having to change the locks...quickly and without any damage. He was friendly and courteous and would definitely be my first port of call if any of the family locked themselves out. Brilliant service!
