I am so greatful after locking myself out on an emergency sat morning, when my husband needed an ambulance, as they wheeled my husband out, I totally forgot I'd left key in front door as we tried to lock up & go to hospital, only then realising my stupid mistake with everything going on. Owen gave me a time slot, & as I arrived home was sitting waiting for me, on time very re- assuring. So in a couple of minutes he saved the day, where I couuld only think of breaking the glass panel in door, he swiftly took all the worry out of the situation. It truly was the biggest relief, as our cat was quiet bewildered after ambulance crew ect. Now Im home safe, after a long exhausting day of worrying. Many thanks Owen the trust worthy life saver. Cost was no object in a situation like this, & I thought very reasonable. Once again thankyou sooo much. My husband is very poorly but in the right place now being looked after. 5 Stars plus Owen.
