Excellent communication! My job wasn’t an emergency but I didn’t wait long for Owen to fit me in! Sorted a couple of annoying issues we had. A new window mechanism and handle and some realignment to patio doors which meant we could not lock the door easily. Owen was polite and efficient and clearly knows his stuff! Very pleased overall, would very highly recommend.
