Owen was fantastic, we had only just moved to the area so we had no idea who to call when we locked ourselves out of the house. We did a Google search for a locksmith and in desperation we called one of the first ones that came up on the list. They were completely useless, after promising to be with us within 20 minutes, they kept making excuses and 3.5 hours later we were still waiting! When we called to cancel they were rude and unapologetic. Fortunately our neighbour saw us sitting on the drive and recommended Owen. Well, what a difference, we were back in the warm within 15 minutes of calling him and were surprised at how reasonable his charge was. Owen was so efficient and polite, we would 100% recommended him. A very big thank you Owen.
