Owen locksmith was easy to contact with multiple options including telephone messaging and email. He got back to me quickly to arrange a visit. I had 2 door locks which needed repairing. I was given a time window the locksmith called to say he was 10minutes away. He was polite informative, he explained my options and costs. He asked to to test the repaired doors before leaving too. As a women living mainly alone it’s important to feel comfortable which I did. Can’t fault the service so 5 stars from me and would thoroughly recommend.
