I called and spoke with Ryan about a broken window handle at a rented property of mine. I was lucky as he was in the area and was there within minutes to replace it. He confirmed that he would look first then call me to discuss/confirm way forward and cost involved, which happened. He then called when finished so I was updated throughout. Great customer service.
