11/10. Oven was really horrendous. New property with previous owner not taking any care for oven. Main issue was the roof where heating element is. Neil came over and cleaned from 07:30-10:30am single oven and microwave grill above it. Before and after photos speak for themselves! Will use again and recommend to friends!
