I really needed Ovenu because of two previous oven cleaners who left it dirty and thus still smoking, wasting my money. Alison came and showed me exactly what they hadn't done and explained what she was going to do to sort it. I couldn't believe how much the previously cleaners had left. She took things apart cleaning it all and did little extras for free like changing my bulb i didnt realise had gone and cleaning my trays and metal hob tops. I was very impressed and all done with any dangerous chemicals. Alison was friendly, polite and clearly knowledgeable and passionate about what she did. I immediately set up a reminder with her to get her back same time next year. Thank you Alison.
