Wow. I was told by another company that the "muck" was baked on and was never going to come off. Ken Haining cleaned it all off, put the seals back on properly and put a light globe in the oven. My oven was really really dirty but now looks clean like its brand new - and its 15 years old! And it doesn't smell like chemicals! Also arrived on time. I am so happy.
