We received a card through the door a few weeks ago - call it a 'call to action' - and I booked a service call off the back of that. First contact was with a centralised call handling centre and Ian called me back later that day. Appointment made with email confirmation of pricing (very reasonable) followed by a reminder email 24 hours in advance of the booking. Ian arrived on time, ably assisted by Gabby. Scope of works were approved once more before before 'making the magic happen' with our 9yo old oven and extractor. All removable components were disassembled and carefully treated to remove years of gunk before handing back what, allowing for wear and tear, could be mistaken for brand new items. A very personable service, professionally presented (the liveried van was also spotless) and obviously both have a real passion for delivering a first class result. I would not hesitate to use Ian again, only perhaps not leaving it so long next time. It is a resounding 'yes' to recommending Ian to anyone needing his services. You will not be disappointed.
