I have used Northwood for the past 5 years, firstly letting my property and latterly selling it. Throughout all this time Northwood have been very professional, courteous and above all so helpful. Jade took us through the letting process and she was very efficient, ringing, emailing when there was anything you report and always so helpful and friendly. Karen helped us through the selling process, which was very tortuous because of problems with my solicitor, but she was always on hand to help the process along, and going above and beyond the work an estate agent would normally do, and again very friendly along the way! I would recommend Northwood most highly.
