Northwood were recommended to me by a tenant who expressed frustration with our letting agent at the time. I'm so grateful to her for suggesting we move our rental property management to them. It has been the best experience, with great communication and they feedback and action concerns raised by our tenants incredibly quickly. They really are the perfect glue between the tenant and landlord relationship.
