carys lock was the lady that showed us around the property, carys went above and beyond answering the many questions we asked her. she was very friendly and both myself and my daughter said how lovely she was. the next day she was on the phone and we put an offer in, since then carys has had contact with us daily and is always happy to help. a lovely member of the team x
