We have recently brought our house through Paula at Newton Fallowell, Rothley, quite honestly, we wouldn’t have completed the purchase without her continued support and professional guidance. We purchased the property at a difficult time for all in the middle of the pandemic, the vendor faced some challenges that meant that their involvement in the sale was limited and therefore Paula had to pick up the mantle and deal with my questions and enquiries along the way. Paula did this with integrity and understanding. At all times throughout the process we felt informed of actions taken and where we were in the process all in COVID-19 safe conditions. Once we agreed the sale subject to contract the support really kicked in! The purchase was secured within 2 weeks, however the trial and tribulations of the selling and buying during a pandemic were way over and above what we expected. We had ongoing issues with our buyers buyers mortgage and other concerns, even though this wasn’t in anyway part of the service required from Newton Fallowell, Paula was always on hand to answer questions, chase information and provide updates to try and put our minds at ease. I can honestly say that in the week leading up to the exchange and completion I had pretty much lost all hope of the sale going through but Paula kept the vendor updated and remained confident that it would come good. This was a solicitors matter not an estate agents issue but Paula was brilliant throughout going above and beyond to ensure that we have now completed our move to our new home made possible by Paula and Newton Fallowell. If (and we wont be for many many years) we were to move again I wouldn’t hesitate to use Newton Fallowell again and would highly recommend them to others looking to sell or buy property.
