I'm a pretty content guy when it comes to betting as long as they do what they say in terms of promotion as a new customer or letting you withdraw your money if you win i'm happy.. but these OH MY they are shocking! Signed up as a new customer when the spurs vs chelsea was on as there was a promotion where if you bet £10 or more on any 90 min match market before the game started you would recieve £30 in free bets straight after apparantley so i bet on Spurs to win waited almost 24 hours recieved nothing and heard nothing so i tried to contact them regarding this only to find there is almost no way of contacting them! They claim to have a LIVE chat but there is no LIVE chat at all and the contact number they have whenever you call it an automated response just says you can contact them via LIVE chat which they do not have or via email it doesn't actually put you on the phone to anybod to speak to.. So obviously my only way to contact them was email which they take about a full day to even reply to you. My reply i got is i am not eligible for the £30 free bets and gave me no reason why but they can offer me £5 free bet as a good will gesture which i declined and said what do you mean i am not eligible?? how does that make any sense if i am a new customer and completed what your free bet promotion said to do. I have had no such response since. It's customer service is non-existent and looks like they do not have any intention of giving you a welcome bonus of any sort.. The website it's self isn't very good in terms of layout and they have very limited markets to offer and it is VERY, VERY slow probably the slowest one i have ever used. Honesty guys just stay well clear of this shambolic site because they will happily take your money then when you try and contact them you will hear next to nothing back. I will be reporting them to gambling commision which is not something i have ever done but with these i absolutley have to! And judging by other peoples reviews near enough everyone has had problems with them especially when trying to withdraw money by the sounds of it. Word of advice for everyone just stick to the big named betting brands who you can trust.. sites like these are just no comparison, especially when they are as bad as these!
