This is the same company as Netbet.com, for some reason Trust Pilot are no longer accepting reviews for the .com listing, those reviews which were made are every bit as bad as those here. Anyway, I opened an account, deposited £200 and placed a £200 ante post bet at odds of 5.5. The bet was put on hold and a message appeared to say my bet was being authorized, after about a minute Netbet reduced my stake to £50 and the odds to 3.5. This is TRADER MANIPULATION but in the course of many emails, phone calls and chats they would not admit to manipulating the bet (which I aborted) or doing anything wrong. When I tried to withdraw my money (my deposit, not winnings) I was told I had to provide driving licence and bank card as ID and that was in their rules - and just take a look at all their rules! Funny that they let people open an account without providing ID, it took me 3 days to get my money back. I guess they will respond to this review repeating there was no trader manipulation but that is simply not true. (I did place a subsequent £50 bet only because I mistakenly understood I would be eligible for £50 new customer bonus, its looks like I was not their first customer to be duped about this).
