They offered me a welcome bonus on the casino main webpage. I wasn't sure if I am eligible because I placed bets on sport some time ago, though never played on the casino. I asked about that an agent Evelyn, who confirmed I am eligible for the welcome bonus as I never played in their casino. I made the deposit and immediately afterwards received the message that I am not eligible for the welcome bonus. I contacted the same agent who confirmed my eligibility minutes earlier and she did not reply. Of course, I have withdrawn all the deposit without playing. At least they released them and for that a whopping two stars, but it was enough to decide to never play there. I was effectively lured to make a deposit by deception. What kind of business is that?
