A pleasure to do business with and would highly recommend having received a wonderful job, carried out in a very professional manner. I'm loving my new hatch and drop-down ladder (and pole) - very easy to use. Thanks Ollie for making sure I was comfortable with operating the fasteners on the door and ladders and the stowing and setting of the ladder. Thanks also for going above and beyond sorting the snag with an errant cable (there's always a challenge in this old house of mine!).
