We required care to be arranged at very short notice, and Minster Home Care were able to put support in place quickly, which was greatly appreciated. There were a few teething problems initially, as can sometimes be expected when starting a new care package, but these were addressed promptly by the management team, who listened to our concerns and worked hard to resolve them. The carers have been kind, caring and professional throughout. In particular, Aqaele, Himanshu, Michael and Nicole have all provided excellent support and have gone above and beyond to ensure high-quality care is delivered. Their compassion, reliability and positive approach have made a real difference.
