Tim did a fantastic job replacing a failed front door lock. Options were explained (given that it was a relatively rare form of lock), and settling with replacing like-for-like (fortuitously had one in the van), he quickly installed the new lock and made sure that everything worked - including sorting out the door sticking (due to it being wooden, resolved through judicious use of Vaseline!). Courteous, efficient and very effective. Real pleasure to do business with!
