We have been using Melu as our website web chat provider for over six months now, and I am delighted with their service. Every chat is handled professionally, and our account manager, Lee, is always on hand should we need to make a change to our script. The cost of their services is significantly cheaper than others I had researched previously, which encouraged me to try Melu. Overall, I would highly recommend them!
