Today we had our sons first portrait done in store and the gentleman who was on his own was rushed off his feet serving customers but made us feel very welcome and comfortable and was very apologetic about the wait which we were more than happy to wait! He done a fantastic job of the pictures of our baby boy and guided us through the selection process top job! I hope you value him as a great member of staff and as an example of how customer service should be done thank you didn’t catch his name but I wish I had so I could name him in this review
