I took my 4 month old son in to have his first passport photographs taken. When I enquired with the lady at the till who had long blonde hair as to whether to book an appointment etc, she was very unfriendly and it was more like I was an inconvenience to her! When I came back to have the pictures taken, she had a nasty attitude about her, it didn't make me or my baby son feel comfortable. She didn't ask any questions about him, or engage with him in any kind of friendly way! She was very moody and had an attitude. I had to suggest that she say hello to him or say something to him - so that he would look at her while she took the photograph - which is necessary for passport photographs. Very unfriendly, unhelpful service - I won't be going back there unless I have to!
