I had ordered a couple of photo books from them over the past few months. To be honest, the service that I received from them on both of the projects was excellent. Producing the photo books was straight forward and easy to understand. Payment was easy. The books arrived undamaged and on time. However, I had a problem with the second photo book that I had done. The problem was with the font that I had used. The photo sections were fine however there were a number of problems on the text sections of the photo book. Basically, on some of the pages where I had used a double apostrophe to emphasise a word and the opening apostrophe had been replaced by ž. For example on: 'proper' has been replaced with žproper'. This had been repeated on a number of times throughout the book. But not every time a double apostrophe was used. The book was important to me as it documented my 60th birthday celebrations and it set me back £66. These mistakes just ruined it! However, the customer service team sorted out the problem with the font and the money was credited back into my account. I just duplicated my project on the Spielmann site as instructed and replaced the font with another one and then resent my order. So 10 out of 10 for the customer care at Max Spielmann! Great service! Well done!
