Went into store to order a photo book but was told to order a customised hardback, I’d have to do it online. Nicola and Bradley showed me exactly what I needed to do and were so lovely. The website was easy to use and I made my photo book in no time. Bradley and Nicola were there when I picked my book up and were just as lovely again, really kind, funny people, it’s lovely to laugh with those who serve you, they should be on TV! Many thanks, will return for future pictures!!!
