The service was absolutely fantastic, the member of staff was friendly and helped me in getting the gift I wanted. He checked with me at every stage that it was what I wanted and was able to tell me about other options that I may have wanted to consider as another gift for someone else as I wasn't sure what I wanted. He was also patient when my little one became niggly. The member of staff also made sure that I had all the information I needed as to when I will be able to collect the item.
