I visited your store on 09/11/2019 to request 400 prints size 7x5. The woman there took my memory card, put it in the machine and processed the order. I arranged to pick them up the following Saturday but got a call on the Friday saying that there was a problem with the machine and they wouldn't be ready until the following week. I went to collect them yesterday on 23/11/2019. When I opened them today to start putting them in my 7x5 slip-in photo albums, I discovered that they have all been printed on 8x6 prints with the photo being 7x5 but with a border of half-an inch around each photo. I did not request a border around each photo and I was not asked. I have had 1000s of photos developed over the years and they have always been printed to the size requested with no border. The only way I could get the photos in the albums I have bought for them would be to cut round each of the 400 photos with scissors, which is not acceptable. I will be taking them back to the shop and I would like them re-printing to the correct size or else I want a full refund for the prints.
