I went to the max spielmann shop today and was served by a man called Mark. He was such a lovely, helpful man and was very compassionate when he realised I was getting photos of my dog that passed away. His customer service was excellent. This is the second time I've left a review as the first time was in relation to another member of staff from the same store. Your team are a credit to you. Please will you pass on my thanks to mark.
