I had a Mastopexy ( breast uplift) and removal of implants at Manchester private hospital. All the staff were really nice except one. The one that was not so nice was trying to get me out of the door before i had chance to come round from my operation however i did raise a complaint about it afterwards, and they did deal with the matter and was very apologetic. They sent me a lovely bouquet of flowers. The nurse practitioner that looks after you after your procedure (Carla) was fantastic. She is really kind and thoughtful and makes you feel at ease. I am still in recovery just now, so I am a little unsure of the final results as it takes a while for your body to recover, but overal the surgeon Mr Shah has done a good job. The procedure was a little expensive, but cheaper than some of the other private hospitals that I had received a quote from. If I was to have another procedure in the future I would go back to Manchester hospital, because although there was a little complaint made I felt that they were very good at dealing with it and the service from Carla the nurse was second to none.
