They told it would take 30min and they arrived after 1 hr 30 min. He couldn't unlock the door and wanted to drill a hole and replace the lock for £330. Then he drilled hole to remove the letter plate and opened the door. Not a good experience. I wouldn't recommend them for any future jobs.
