Although not an urgent request, Arthur came first thing in the morning, the evening after I called. He quickly identified the problem, gave me a decent quote and changed the lock straight away. Whilst doing the job, he identified a couple of other issues that I wasn't aware of and fixed those also. Excellent customer service at a reasonable price. I would definitely use him again if I have other lock problems in the future. Five stars.
