Rang early Easter Saturday for a key which had snapped in a door lock. Arthur asked for photos and within minutes had given me a quote. Was with me sorting it out three hours after my call having messaged when on his way. Released the broken key, advised me on the lock and cut me a couple of new keys which he tested, all for the quoted price. Was really grateful for such a fast response and reasonable price. Was really stressed over it all but he was very efficient with the whole job and made me feel much better! Would highly recommend this service if you have lock problems!
