Used James to fix a garage door handle lock for me. Could turn key but mechanism had broken internally. It was a Saturday afternoon but he responded quickly. Identified that I would need new handle so agreed to order next working day and fitted it this morning. Very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Definitely recommend
