I rang Tim earlier today to come and have a look at a patio door where the lock had jammed. Tim came out the same day after making space for us in his day and spent over an hour or so trying to mend the lock rather than break the lock and replace it immediately. I really appreciated that he has actually tried to save the customer money instead of opting for the more expensive option straight away. Tim was transparent throughout and explained everything that he was doing in the end we have got a new lock as the old one was beyond repair. I was very happy with the service I got and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith in a hurry.
