Fantastic service and highly recommended. Tim was very professional right from the first contact to getting the job done with fixing the problem with our bi-fold Patio door lock. He arrived at the promised time and very quickly found the issue that was preventing our door from opening properly. He explained the repair job and related costs very clearly. And finished off the repair very efficiently and tidied up at the end. Tim offered good advice on the state of the other door locks but at no point did I feel pushed to buy additional services or products. Would highly recommend Tim and his services
