First class service from Simon at LockForce. The lock was broken on the door of my flat and would not open. Simon was there within the hour, assessed the situation and explained clearly what he thought the problem was and the solution. He was able to get the door open and replace the lock mechanism without damaging the door at all. All sorted out in 2 hours and I could get back in. Excellent service, good communication and a very fair price. I felt confident that the problem would be resolved as soon as I spoke to Simon and I have no hesitation in recommending him. I’m still waiting for a call back from the first locksmith I called…
