When I took possession of my forever house yesterday I tried the porch lock and found the door had been left open due to the previous owner breaking the key in the lock. I never have had to use a locksmith before so it was reviews and pot luck that I used Simon to come to the rescue. What a lovely person to start with, he explained what he was going to do, gave me the price and started doing the job. Having completed the task which wasn’t straight forward he went on to do a few adjustments to the door and again told me what he was doing. To me it was an excellent service given by a pleasant person echoing of years ago when you met tradesmen such as Simon. Definitely a five star service
