Tyrone was amazingly helpful in changing our locks upon our move to our new home. I shopped around a few places for prices and Tyrone was the only person to ask me questions about what I wanted out of the lock and take the time to talk me through my options. After contracting his services, he was very communicative and delivered relevant updates as appropriate. He was polite while in our home and gave us advice about our sticky doors. Before he left, he gave us a quick tutorial on our locks and walked us through registering our keys. I would recommend Tyrone and his services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and comfortable experience.
