Bill had done some excellent work for me in the past and so I had no hesitation in calling him out again this time to fix a problem with my front door. Bill arrived on time, I showed him the problem and he worked out a solution which he explained to me in a way that I could understand. He fixed the problem quickly and charged me a very reasonable price. As an added bonus he cleaned up afterwards. Thanks again Bill for your help.
