Contacted Sean..asked him to look at a door that wouldn't lock...he gave me step by step instructions through messages...explained it wasn't the lock but a different issue....he could have easily charged a call out fee and turned up to explain...not many honest people out there...everybody seems to want to make money...thanks for your help Sean.. Will def use this company again
