Thank you so very much to your two friendly, courteous and hardworking colleagues working on our joinery project at Lane Cottage, LA2 9RZ. With this being an older property none of the work has been straightforward. This did not pose any problems. We were invited to discuss solutions before moving on to complete the process. Adaptation has been quickly and effectively implemented. Despite the warm temperatures your colleagues continued to work diligently taking on board the necessary liquid to avoid dehydration. We now have four old fully functioning (early 20th century) doors that operate perfectly whereas previously none would close. Upstairs we have two wonderful new oak doors. Considering the unevenness of our door casings it was a work of genius to make the two new doors fit perfectly. As your colleague mentioned, this old house will reveal “many surprises.” This is proving to be spot on. It took much dedication to ensure the doors fit perfectly. I would have no hesitation in commending the work and the professionalism of your colleagues. This is the second time we have employed this team and we would be appreciative if you could please pass on our feedback and sincere gratitude. Thank you once again.
