I thoroughly recommend doing the online Bronze DofE Cookery Skills Course with KC Classroom. The recipe video's provided are easy to follow & provide the necessary structure & guidance. Nikki the Course assessor gave encouraging & helpful feedback to my completed recipe creations, which spurred me on to continue. I learnt many new cooking techniques for both savoury & sweet dishes & it was fun to try the varied recipes available. This KC Classroom Course is also good value, which I think is important, as the Duke of Edinburgh Award was set up for all children to be able to participate in - whatever their background or financial situation.
