I bought my franchise in April this year and so far have had a really positive experience. Nikki was very upfront with everything and showed me what I could be making each month and helped me to set business goals for myself for medium and long term. She is always available to answer any questions or dilemmas. It’s also great to be in touch with the other franchisees as we all swap ideas and support each other. I feel like I am part of a team while at the same time having the freedom of running my own business- best of both worlds.
