I was looking for a new estate agent in the local area to take over my neglected rental property after tenant vacated. Search for tenants by my old property manager was taking weeks and months and repair works have piled up to get the property ready for rental again. In the end, the property was empty for almost 3 months. When I called Kaybridge, Nick Marciano was on the phone and straight away agreed to meet and assess the rental property on the same day. He was sympathetic to the challenges I'm having with my existing property manager. He provided a lot of reassurance and delivered promptly and sorted all of the major and minor works needed. The time from professionally listing the property to securing a tenant took about a week despite the slow Christmas period and holidays.
