A professional and friendly agency who handled our sale very well. Having generated a good number of viewings and a satisfactory offer when the house first went on the market, they then reacted very quickly when that buyer dropped out. They promptly lined up more viewings and had us back under offer within a week. They were very good at keeping in touch with both us and our buyer throughout the process and were active in making sure everything was followed up without delays right through to completion. Very pleased we used Kaybridge.
