I came into woolton johnsons on Tuesday where I was ignored for 10 minutes standing at the counter while Marie and Rita where to busy chatting away as if they where in a pub rather than work. I came in to pick up my parcel. When they both finally come over to the counter laughing and sniggering together even though there was que behind they both weren’t even polite nor cared. I told them my surname they both went around the back to look for the parcel. I didn’t know it took 2 people to look for a parcel they should of been more concerned about the other customers that where waiting! They both took there time and come out to me with no parcel and stated that my parcel wasn’t there! I received an email of dpd that morning to say my parcel was ready to collect I knew they was lying and didn’t care to help me nor the other customers! It was only that I noticed the company name where I ordered my parcel from on the side on the box and told them I could see the parcel right infront of me. It happened to be my parcel so they clearly didn’t even look or take any kind of interest. There is people out there in this world who would love to have a job and be working helping people and as for these 2 in woolton they are taking advantage of this! I 100% would get rid of people like this in my company they would last a day! I use woolton johnsons as my parcel pick up as its really great and convient as I work. I’m very sorry to say I will not be using this service any longer and I can’t trust the staff!
