We were served by Ursula on drop off and Kelly on pick up at your Lancaster Branch. On both occasions they were extremely pleasant and seemed very happy to help with any special requests e.g. using colour protect washing products on our quilt and throw. The service was excellent they always point out any special deals and they are always smiling and happy in their work. They are an asset to the business and it is always a pleasure to visit this branch. Well done to the Lancaster team once again!
