Had a bad start, as my coat was damaged badly £300 coat .. when I originally left lit I said no patch on collecting it there was a patch needless to say I wasn’t happy ..as I complained the lady said see what we can do ..on second collection I was over the moon it was better than I expected in the First place absolutely chuffed .. thank you So much .. I even bought a tub of chocs as I was so pleased thank you ... lv x
