Dreadful. Not one item of clothing looked like it had been anywhere near an iron, and will definitely need ironing again. Not only did it take three trips in one week to actually get my clothes back (after being fobbed off with why it wasn't ready the two times they said it would be ready), it was in a worse state than if I'd ironed and folded it badly myself. I asked for the garments that could be hung - shirts and skirts - to be hung and instead everything was folded and shoved in the bag. Absolute waste of time and money. Avoid.
